Plumbing Techs

I recently hired Plumbing Techs for my plumbing issues at home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly and responsive, scheduling an appointment that worked for me. Jamie was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly identified the issues I was facing, a clog in the main like and got to work right away. He took the time to explain the problem in detail and gave me an upfront estimate before starting any work, which I appreciated. Highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

Martin and Scott did an amazing job. We had multiple things done at once which includes installing smart water monitor, utility tub, gas line for dryer, toilet reset. They did a great job finishing up things.

Scott from Plumbing Techs of Michigan came to our house today to repair several plumbing issues, and he was prompt, professional, courteous, and was able to complete most of the repairs. (there are three replacement parts being shipped by Delta Faucets that he will be returning to install as soon as they arrive) Plumbing Techs of Michigan were very professional in setting up the appointment, including text/email introductions of the technician arriving, and Scott called to give us a 10 minute arrival notice. Am extremely impressed with our entire experience with Plumbing Techs of Michigan!

Plumbing Techs squeezed me in on the same day to prevent flooding in my basement. The tech came, looked at my system and replaced my sump pump quickly and listened to me about retaining some parts of the system I upgraded due to previous experiences with standard parts. I thank the tech for his understanding and agreeing to meet my requirements.

Update: Called Plumbing Techs of Michigan again to fix a few leaks and Kevin did a great job! Really appreciate your Saturday availability and option to leave a voicemail along with text communications too. Highly recommend them! Original: Had our first sump pump replaced & resealed today and learned a lot about our setup and how it works. Gregg was punctual, used foot coverings, answered all our questions and cleaned up the space before leaving. Highly recommend Plumbing Techs of Michigan!

Jamie was professional and very informative. He also helped keep the areas in the home clean and did a great job with cleaning up the area in which was treated. This was my 1st time using the company and was pleased. The woman I spoke to over the phone was also very nice when setting up the appointment. Looking forward to using them again in the future.

Our tech is still here but I had to write my review. I am so impressed with Plumbing Techs. We are first time homeowners and plumbing issues was the one thing I didn't expect to have less than a month after we moved in! But here we are with sinks, a tub and a toilet gurgling away while our utility room floods. This morning we not only got a call to tell us Jamie was on his way but we also got a photo to let us know who to open our door to. I am so thankful for that! He came in, we explained the issues we have been having, he explained pricing (which put me completely at ease because I was already dreading a bill of thousands) and he got right to work. If you are having plumbing issues, don't hesitate and give them a call! If we ever have issues in the future, they will be the only call we make.
